Summary
This Enforcer watercraft was used to house the Blue Manx, an advanced prototype jet. This craft was partially destroyed however during a conflict between the Blue Manx (commandeered by the Ghost of the Red Lynx) and the Turbokat. It is unknown if it was ever repaired or used in actual combat.
