Device developed by Puma-Dyne employee Dr. Ohm. This device could disable any weapons system, rendering useless. Hard Drive stole this device and used it to fulfill his criminal deeds by disabling the Enforcers and the Turbokat’s weapon systems to try and gain an advantage.
