Summary
Hired by Dark Kat these two provided a physical representation of Razor’s Guilt after one of his missiles hit an abandoned building and “injured” the two. By keeping the SWAT Kat pinned down by emotion, Dark Kat led an assault on the city in his new Black Widow. Dark Kat’s plan would have succeeded if the male impostor hadn’t inadvertently revealed the mastermind’s plan.
