Browser has been sent to Megakat City for his test run, as the city is thus far the only known location of Cyberkat activity. It’s mission is to obey the commands of it’s operator. That is, anyone who wears the special “wristwatch” that serves as the means to directly relay commands to Browser.

She and her sister still live at the MBI in McGrath’s office/living space where they continue to assist him and the other MBI agents when called upon.

She became interested in the medical field through various classes she took while in school, so when she attended college she pursued a medical degree. After college she took a job at Megakat Memorial in the ER, where she did her residency.

Cole is a night owl… and he’s that way for different reasons. He is a member of a so-called “Vampire band” That performs at a few nightclubs in the city. He sings sometimes, but his main role in the band is the electric guitar player.

Steven recently took a position at Megakat City Enforcers as leader of their SWAT team. He has been in the job for the last few months and loves it there. He is starting to shape up their team nicely into something more able to handle the supervillians of the city.

Rochell is currently in her last year of school, and is seeking employment with the MBI to help with the new computer system they recently had installed.

A lieutenant in the Enforcers, he is also in charge of the technical department within headquarters, overseeing computer issues among others that would be linked to the city. He was the one who’d warned Feral about the shut down of the city defense grid when the nanobots invaded.

J2 was a part of batch of cyber demons that had been stowed away by Dark Kat and later activated by Protocol. His first mission given by Protocol was to steal computer parts from a downtown Electronics’ shop. He was able to do the task, but not without being distracted or just generally being forgetful. After the mission he had went back into the collective to later come out and never go back. He spent time hopping computers, trying to find why his programming was failing. He kept to himself and made great attempts not to get himself noticed. He failed (once again) And inadvertently merged with a half drunk Club goer when they stumbled onto him.

Daughter to Mayor Manx, she was formerly an agent of the MBI during its first few months in operation.  However her father felt it was much too dangerous and thus insisted she resign.  Alexandria complied with her father’s wishes and returned to her studies at Megakat University majoring in Political Science.

Former MBI agent, current MKIA agent. He was co-captain when the Bureau came to life as well as Katrina Korat’s partner. A nip bust left him for dead, but was a ploy in the end by the MKIA who later employed him as one of their operatives. He still hasn’t an explanation for the cover-up. [...]

Fairly good dancer, with background in undercover work and acting. She’s also a sharp shooter and has the uncanny ability to fit into small areas and get herself into sticky situations.

When in public he is never seen out of his FullForce persona, the foul mouthed, cocky, ill tempted, crude, wrathful pretty boy who has mastered his family’s Force powers (none of which truely exist). He is a playboy, rich and hopping from girl to girl who plays the bad boy part to the hilt, much to the dismay of a lot of old wrestling fans who remember the old days when the force family stood for truth, justice and the way of the light.

At night though, he dawns a different choice of attire to become his sleuthing alter-ego, “Dark Fang.” A tight-fitting black formal chinese jacket, gloves, pants, socks, and sneaking tabi; however, the most distinct feature of the outfit is Dark Fang’s mask. A pure-black face with no visible eye-holes, the mask keeps his face a total mystery and allows him to flawlessly resemble a shadow.

A few months ago Ash has started using her powers to be a vigilante type of hero…just like the Swat Kats. And only uses her flame powers when necessary… for she doesn’t want to catch the attention on the military that kept her captive for so many years.

As an agent of the MBI, Fletch saw a lot of strange and bizarre incidents unfold. His army experience in Mewataunie allowed him the level head necessary to deal with the unorthodox situations he encountered in Megakat City. But it was that same experience he garnered in Afurica that nearly led to his demise.

After enrolling in the Enforcers, it was quite clear that everyone in his hometown of New Orleans would never stop comparing him to his family. Dave wanted out of their shadows so he put in for a transfer to good old Megakat City. Although the family name is still known in Megakat, no Santo had ever worked there before so it was the closest to a clean slate Dave was likely to get.

Head of the MegaKat Intelligence Agency. He meets matters of security within and outside the city all the way to Pawshington. Represents Megakat City’s smaller branch among the hundreds inside of the CKIA.

A.k.a. Silas Greypaw, Dark Kat’s first known and fully functioning Cyberdemon, and first noted to gain sentience and rebel against Dark Kat to also become the first Cyberkat.

Ling is a Lieutenant Detective in Megakat City’s Enforcers. She’s more than willing to assist the MBI and has done so in the past.  Ling serves as a contact for the MBI on occasion when information on a particular case is needed by the Bureau.
