Browser has been sent to Megakat City for his test run, as the city is thus far the only known location of Cyberkat activity. It’s mission is to obey the commands of it’s operator. That is, anyone who wears the special “wristwatch” that serves as the means to directly relay commands to Browser.

Read Bio J2 was a part of batch of cyber demons that had been stowed away by Dark Kat and later activated by Protocol. His first mission given by Protocol was to steal computer parts from a downtown Electronics’ shop. He was able to do the task, but not without being distracted or just generally being forgetful. After the mission he had went back into the collective to later come out and never go back. He spent time hopping computers, trying to find why his programming was failing. He kept to himself and made great attempts not to get himself noticed. He failed (once again) And inadvertently merged with a half drunk Club goer when they stumbled onto him.
