Commander Feral holds a media conference in which he discusses the latest on various villains and the like in Megakat City. He also gives a warning to those who might try to start anything during some other major villains’ abscences. Feral intends on keeping the cyberbeing tracking arrays functional, much to the dismay of the MBI. And speaking of cyberbeings, Jase has a heart to heart talk with Protocol.
›› Read Log ‹‹Lenny Ringtail is helped out of Megakat Asylum by former children’s television celebrity, Morris Cuddleykins, better known to the children of Megakat as The Teddy Bear King.
›› Read Log ‹‹Sypher’s ‘other half’ awakens and begins asking questions while Matrix debates on leaving the city or not with the arrays still operational. However, Sypher’s other half decides to test the arrays and the response time of the Enforcers. Matrix tries to reason with it but that doesn’t seem to work so he gets the Enforcers to follow him for a bit.
›› Read Log ‹‹Sypher reads up on the latest reports in regards to the strange cyberdemon like thing. He goes to investigate the sample of Dark Matter which the MBI obtained which results in an strange reaction. After some testing, Sypher deems the rock dangerous to cyberbeings, though Protocol would like to get her paws on it.
Sypher makes sure the Dark Matter rock is put away safely and Protocol is finally released from the MBI cell. Leo has agreed to let her stay with him for awhile on a temporary basis.
›› Read Log ‹‹Dr. Nowun gets the idea to put devices on the Enforcer’s arrays so that he too can detect cyberbeing activity and sends out his henchmen to go attach them. Ling visits the MBI to check and make sure Sypher, Syntax and the other cyberkats are alright. Soon Nowun’s goons arrive to put the last device on the array at the MBI when they are spotted. Ling, Sypher and Syntax along with Josie go out to investigate and see what they were doing to the array.
The next day, Protocol shows up at the MBI as per orders to check in. Coming in extra early, Protocol manages to sneak the Dark Matter rock in a bag to carry on her person before greeting Sypher with an offer to work with the MBI again to help them out. Soon she up and leaves, Sypher none the wiser, and uses the Dark Matter rock to transform herself. With the sentation of having powers again, Protocol decides to do more than just test them.
›› Read Log ‹‹Protocol uses her newfound powers from the Dark Matter to try and go after Dark Kat. Thing is he’s in prision and guarded. Sypher finds her and tries to talk her out of this but she won’t listen, and in the end Dark Kat manages to get away after mentioning a few facts to Sypher in regards to Protocol’s powers.
›› Read Log ‹‹Dr. Viper has plans on contaminating Megakat’s water supply and manages to do so mostly unseen. Meanwhile Sypher has a talk with Dr. Konway in regards to the Dark Matter rock that was stolen to see if he knows anything about it.
›› Read Log ‹‹Dr. Viper’s plants begin to ovverun the city through the piping as the contaminated water makes its way through Megakat City. It’s up to the MBI and the SWAT Kats to stop the supergrowth and take down Viper.
›› Read Log ‹‹Just when things seem quiet, Protocol appears suped up with Dark Matter and causes trouble downtown when E4 attempts to arrest her. More than the Enforcers are watching her however.
›› Read Log ‹‹Dr. Nowun continues scheming on how to get some Dark Matter. Noting the Enforcers have gained some in their evidence, he sends some of his lackeys to steal their Dark Matter samples. Meanwhile, Protocol wakes up to find herself being scanned by Globulous in some underground hideout of Dark Kat’s. He informs her that if she returns to serve Dark Kat, he will spare the lives of the rest of the cyberkats. Protocol agrees to serve him again, but is more motivated by the Dark Matter Globulous has as she has become addicted to it.

›› Read Log ‹‹Underground battle tournament among the criminals is coming up and Dark Kat has ordered Globulous and Protocol to recruit more members for his team so he can win and secure being Megakat’s most powerful villain. The MBI gets a call and a few Megs go investigate the area to find the criminal underworld gathering.
