Physical Description and Characteristics

Joe is a very quiet tom. This comes mainly from his mother as she is a very quiet person as well. He has opened up more and more over time with his job at the MBI, but still he is slow to become friends with others immediately, and only a select few know whats really on his mind.   He is very kind and always willing to help others, and like his sister he tends to seem wise beyond his years when it comes to sharing wisdom with others.

Joe’s clothing consists mainly of jeans and t-shirts with black or brown boots. Otherwise he’s in uniform, but sometimes can be found wearing a bit dressier things such as khakis and dress shirts.

Joe’s appearance is one that lends itself to the tall, dark and handsome persuasion, though he never thinks that of himself. He has brown fur like his father only a tad darker, and black hair thanks to his mother. He also gained his mothers fluffy Purrsian tail which looks funny on a tom. He keeps his hair cut in a kind of shaggy cut which let some hair fall into his eyes, but it’s not extremely long. His ears are nicked from past fights, and he has a couple of scars on his back and stomach also from past fights.

Joe loves to read and can often be found in a quiet place with a pair of small, silver metal framed reading glasses on with one of the latest novels of the day in hand. He also enjoys practicing his art of shooting.

Abilities

Joe is an expert sniper with deadly accuracy.  He graduated from the Enforcer Academy in the middle range of his class with good skills in most any standard gun.

Joe also shares an almost telepathic bond with his twin sister, Tasha.  When one is in serious trouble or something, they tend to know it.  Its only in extreme cases though so its not constant.

He also speaks Purrsian fluently and is learning Spanish from Trina.

Relationships

Joe is the twin brother to Tashyra Forge, the husband to Katrina Korat-Forge, brother-in-law to Jason Korat, and has adopted Cale as his own son, and has a daughter now named Katie.

Past History

Joseph grew up in Twilight City with his sister. He loved his family very much. They all lived in a beautiful country home his father built with his own hands. His life was very structured for many years. His father came from a military background, as well as being the commander of the Enforcers there in Twilight City. His father was very strict, but loving, and took time to have fun with his family whenever possible.

Joe was very small growing up. Always smaller than the other kids, he got picked on a lot and had to have his sister come save him from them often. As he hit junior high though things changed. He finally took a growing spell and caught up, then surpassed them in height. He was now the one able to beat up the other kids.

By the age of 16 he had a name for himself in the school as someone to not mess with. A local gang caught wind of this hired him on as a street soldier. His job was to rough up anyone that came around being a pest to the gang’s leaders. He did his job well and without question. The downside was that this gang was into lots of things Joe didn’t need into. As time when by they got him to experiment, and by the age of 18 he was hooked on ‘nip and alcohol. He’d killed a couple of kats as well in a nasty gun battle one night when they attacked the nip shipment he was guarding.  This included a deal with Swytch the demoness to save him from being found out for it and put in jail.  His life was in a downward spiral until one night his sister came to his rescue.

That night his sister and her partner Charlie busted him, but gave him the chance he needed. They snuck him out the back door of the house he was in, and took him home quietly and secretly. Joe agreed to let them help him and get back on the right track. After some time of getting off the ‘nip and laying off the alcohol, he went on to join the Enforcer Academy. He worked hard and graduated which made his sister and family very proud. He joined up with the Twilight City Enforcers to work as one of their officers until he could earn his certificate to be a sniper.

After working at it for three years he managed to finally be certified. At this time though his life went through another change, as his friend Charlie that helped to save him, and was his sister’s boyfriend, was killed in the line of duty. He watched her move on to Megakat and decided that he needed to go there as well. Soon he packed up and joined her to live in a house together on the outskirts of Megakat to start a new life there.

Over time in Megakat, he grew to love his new job at the MBI with his sister. He met the love of his life, Trina Korat, and married her. He’s been promoted to Captain, and through it all has made many friends and several enemies as well.  The demoness Swytch has come back several times to bother him, as well as his old aquaintances from the Mafia.

Where Character is Concurrently

Currently Joe has moved his family to the outskirts of MKC on a nice sized piece of land and a nice ranch home so its safer for them.  He continues to try and be a good father, husband and captain.
