Lynx, Tashyra Leanne (Forge)

Physical Description and Characteristics

Tashyra has dark brown fur that is shorter on most of her body, but long on her tail making it “poof” out more like a Purrsian’s (her mother is full Persian as is most of her family on that side).

Her hair is very long, reaching below her shoulder blades and is all one length. It is black with blue streaks on each side of her face, only one on each side measuring about one inch wide. Her eyes are a very light blue, appearing almost white in certain light. She has a very thin build to her body.

She has some curves but not much, and is the type that everyone loves to hate for that thin figure despite what she eats. She stays in shape though as well so has some muscle tone to her as well.

Tasha usually wears different types of clothes depending on the atmosphere around her, and the occation. She may wear jeans, cargo pants, t-shirts, shorts, and tank tops anytime she is just relaxing, or out and about. In a more dressy atmosphere she tends to wear black or grey slacks with various dressy blouses or button up shirts, and black boot.

She will wear a dress if she must, but prefers not to, though she is getting more and more to where she will wear one. When partying though her attire goes to very racey. She dresses in leather pants and boots that come up to her knees, and various tops ranging from tank tops, spaghetti straps, and strapless tops. Her jewelery also changes drastically from simple, to more bold though is mostly just wide silver necklaces and earrings.

Racing she will wear black leather pants with special padding in them, a black tank top, and a leather racing jacket with blue stripes on it, or a black, white, and blue racing jumpsuit. She does also wear a small silver band with three diamonds inset into the band on her right ring finger, and never takes it off.

Forge is a highly capable hand-to-hand combatant

Tasha is a very wild turned she-kat. She has always been the rebellious type since she was a kit. Never conforming to what a she-kat should be, she often was in fights growing up protecting her brother. To this day she is still extremely protective of him, and won’t hesitate to fight anyone to protect him. Usually though she is very outgoing and happy. She loves to meet new people, and typically is very hyper. Rules are something she believes are meant to be bent, but she rarely will completely break them unless she sees reason to even though she often bends them too far.

She is very quick to temper though, and it doesn’t take a lot to set her off and get her into a fighting mood. She won’t hesitate to throw punches either. A very proud she-kat, she doesn’t like to admit when she’s wrong either. She also doesn’t like very difficult situations, and will ‘run’ from them if she feels the need. She will run from the problem rather than face it head on.

Her good side too though extends to her love of her family and friends. If one is in need she will drop everything to go to their side. She loves to give advice that seems odd coming from her, most of which she gained from her grandparents when all of them were still alive. She may live in Megakat, but she will tell you her heart lies where her family is, but she also considers the MBI Agents her family, no matter how much she may fight with some of them.

Abilities

Tashyra is fully trained at the academy in driving skills needed by law enforcement for the capture of criminals in high speed chases. She is fully certified to teach classes in driving to any Enforcer/Agent in need of training, and has several awards from the academy showing her superior skill level in handling an automobile.

She also is able to do some minor repairs, and can usually tell you what is wrong with a vehicle from the sound of it. She has an uncanny knack for listening to engines and can tell if something is wrong, which comes from many hours spent in a vehicle. She is limited though on actually repairing one due to not able to lift certain parts, or doesn’t know where they are in cars. She’s most familiar with racing cars, not every day ordinary ones so anything outside the muscle car/ race car area she’s not very good with.

Tasha also shares an almost telepathic bond with her brother. She and he can feel each other’s extreme emotions, mostly pain and depression. They also have been known to understand each other’s thoughts with a mere glance, and very rarely have even guessed each other’s thoughts at long distances without seeing one another. Usually this is all common, every day stuff, but it is heightened in times of stress.

She also speaks the Purrsian language fluently.

Relationships

Tashyra has several relationships in the bureau. She is married to her fiance, Hans Lynx. Katrina Korat-Forge is her sister-in-law and Jason Korat is her brother-in-law.

Past History

Tashyra was born on February 14, 1982 in Megakat Memorial Hospital to Wanda and Robert Forge. She was the first born of their set of twins, beating her brother, Joseph, by three minutes. They were raised all their lives in a smaller town about thirty minutes outside of Megakat City called Twilight City, where her father was an Enforcer and her mother was a Lawyer. They lived in a nice two story country home with a large oak tree in the front, and surrounded by white fences on about twenty acres of land which they owned a few cows, and about five horses.

Tashyra grew up in a loving home. Her parents and brother were always there for her no matter what happened, always being a loving and nurturing family. As she went through school, it become more evident she would take after her father who was wilder turned in his younger days, but did grow out of it. She was often in fights as a kit because she would protect her brother from bullies at school. As Joe grew older though, he was able to take care of himself.

When she turned 16, she got her first car. It wasn’t anything special, just a small car for her to get to school and back. It was also when she was introduced to her father’s Charger, which he’d raced when he was just out of high school. It had too much horsepower for him to let her take now, but he did start showing her the basics of working on a race car. He also started taking her to the race track, which fueled her passion for racing. Though she also had other interests as well, as this is when her desire to party and date more came into play. This is also the time when she started getting into more trouble, and her rebellious side took over. She was busted several times for drinking at parties, and sneaking out of the house to do so.

When she turned 17 she started street racing. In her small car she couldn’t do much, but at 18 her father bought her a Mustang, and her time in the dust was over. He helped her fix it up and soon she was racing with the top guys, winning lots of races. She will always say that small car taught her how to race; the Mustang gave her the ability to win.

After graduation she went to Megakat for a short time to the Enforcer Academy there. She took classes in defensive driving and found that to be her niche she fit into most. She excelled there, staying on some time extra to pass her teaching certification there. After graduation she went home to work under her father, who had gotten promoted to Enforcer Commander. Her mother had taken a job as DA during this time too.

At the Enforcers in Twilight she met her partner, Charlie Hill. He became her best friend, and soon her boyfriend. The two went everywhere together, he even supporting her racing on the side, both the legal and illegal kinds. She even went to Enforcer trials where she could compete with other Enforcers on an obstacle course, winning several awards.

One fateful day though she and Charlie busted up a house full of ‘nip dealers, only to find her brother there. They slipped him out back and to a car to take him home. She and Charlie helped Joseph into a rehab program, while Robert hid his involvement to keep his record clean. Tasha also helped him into Enforcer Academy and through to come back home to work at Twilight.

Her life took a huge turn though one night when she and Charlie were out on patrol. Their shift was almost over when they noticed a kat down an alleyway getting beat up. They stopped to help but they were jumped and knocked out. When they woke they were in a warehouse, tied up. They were trying to figure a way out when the SWAT Kats showed up to save them, along with some other Enforcers. The kats that had kidnapped them started shooting. When the dust settled, Charlie was dead. Tasha watched him die with nothing she could do and it forever changed her. She never was able to get close to another tom again like that, and was always worried about her friends/family being taken from her like that. This especially happened when she found out later from his parents that he was about to propose to her that night with a ring they found on his possession. She now wears that ring always.

After she returned to work she never could get used to a new partner and Charlie never there. She decided to ‘run’ to Megakat City to escape the feelings left there. Her brother followed her, having never spent a day away from her since their birth save for their days in the academy.

After arriving at the MBI in Megakat, she started to settle in with the group. Soon she fell in love with her husband, Hans. Through it all she’s made more and more friends and opened up more to others.

Where Character is Concurrently

Tasha is quite happy with her job and her husband. She’s all but quit racing since Hans doesn’t approve but is thinking of going back to it since she loves it so much. Still there’s a lot to think on considering her job, her husband, and any life they may lead on down the road.
