Physical Description/Characteristics

Christian has pale brown fur with naturally pale white gray hair. She keeps her bangs natural and dyes the rest a very deep black color. It’s cut at a angle, the shortest at the back of her head and the longest being her bangs. They reach to slightly past her bust line. She sometimes wears her bangs pinned back with snap barrettes. She tends to wear slightly baggy jeans with a silver studded black leather belt with skull buckle. She’s almost always seen wearing a tank top with thin straps or halter top style shirts. In colder weather she wears a floor length dark gray leather duster. Her build is somewhat petite.

She has fangs that are rather noticeable all the time. She makes little to no effort to hide this fact. Her eyes are also pale aqua in color and turn red when she’s on stage, or angry.

Like her close friend, Cole, Christian is a night owl. Christian in appearance is more out going and enjoys carrying conversations with her band mates and fans. But when you take her out of the bar scene and put her in a more secluded location she is calm soft spoken woman. She doesn’t cuss or acts rudely in public or in private. She has a lot of manners for a woman who sings in a Shock Rock Vampire band.

Abilities

Increased agility, and the ability to regenerate herself when injured. She’s able to see things in far off distances and has limited night vision. (This may develop more as she progresses with her age) Her strength is of someone nearly three times her size but she hides this rather well. She just recently has been able to accomplish high leaps and jumps. There is lingering suggestions she may be able to ‘drift’ and fly.

Special Relationships

Christian has a moderate affection and love for her mortal band mates, with love that borders slightly to the ‘so much it scares me’ for her friend Cole. She has no family to speak of besides those mortals and Cole. In her view, she needs no one else inside her life and she worries about befriending more mortals since they have such short ‘life spans’.

Past History

Christian was born to a single mother in Kalifornia. For several years they had been living in several different homeless shelters and halfway houses. By the time Christian was twelve her mother was able to find a well paying job. By that point Christian had switched several schools and finally they were able to stick to one school. She was fairly popular and was even voted Homecoming Queen her junior year in High school and was later crowned Prom Queen her Senior Prom. She ended up having to miss her own graduation to a unknown illness that almost showed up overnight. Her mother thought she had been pregnant and almost threw her daughter out of the house. But her mother held her tongue and raced to get them to the hospital. When she was admitted in Christian’s condition got no better. Food wouldn’t stay down and the only way she was able to get substance was from IV fluids. It was at this point the physical changes in her body was evident. Her fangs grew and her eyes shifted their color to red.

Her mother was appalled at this development and fled the hospital, only to be a victim of a hit and run accident. Christian was heart broken with her mother’s abandonment of her. She was forced to stay in the hospital for several weeks for ‘study’. She grew impatient and tired and chose to leave the hospital early one morning. That is when she walked to the closest city nearest to the town she had been in: Megakat City.

Christian has to wear sunglasses during the day, or UV protected contacts. She chooses to wear the sunglasses, since she dislikes poking herself in the eye just to protect them. Her condition was a result of a study her mother had taken part in many years previously, the same experiment Cole Duncon’s parents had done.

Present History

Christian believes it was by pure chance she was able to meet Cole in MKC. She was first unsure about him until he told her about his condition. She was relieved to find someone else like her. Since they had met many years ago they started a band called ‘Vampyre Nation’ with a group of four mortals. Using the guise of a ‘Shock Rock Vampire Band’ she and Cole hide their abnormal appearances and abilities. The band uses the allure and curiosity kats have for Vampires as the hook the band uses.

She and her band mates live in a once abandoned Opera house one of her mortal band mates won in a poker game. They have been living there and been renovating the property since they moved in close to eleven years ago. The process has been slow since the rest of the band opt to help when they feel like it. Her relationship with Cole confuses kats outside of the band. Affection is given between the two of them you would normally see with committed couples. She offers no explanation for this.
