A tall and imposing figure, Col. Bobtail is apparently a high ranking officer in the Marine Corps. and is also the right hand covert operations individual that Secretary of Defense Jim Birman relies on. He is currently on assignment, tracking down wanted NSA personnel that either haven’t turned themselves in or remain unaccounted for. His ethics seem a bit dubious, as he unquestionably followed Birman’s obviously corrupt orders in his capture and intimidation of Josie Lyons, and did nothing to prevent Felony’s escape from Alkatraz.
