A rowdy biker who drives a motorcycle that makes use of apparently stolen government technology, spreading misery in the various towns he comes across. Shovelhead Toecutter the Third himself is an apparently near-invulnerable behemoth of an individual, standing well over seven feet tall with a short temper and even shorter toleration for reason.
He has an incredible dislike for MBI Agent Shade Ringo for some unspoken misdeed that Shovelhead accuses him for. Whether or not any actual malice had occurred is irrelevant to Shovelhead, who occasionally pursues Ringo, either to try to kill him or challenge him to some bizarre death race.
