The Auto Assault 12 is a fully-automatic shotgun.It has a rate of fire of 300 rounds per minute. The relatively slow rate makes it possible to fire single, double, and triple bursts. An 8-round box magazine, a 20-round drum and a 40-round drum are available. The constant recoil system all but eliminates recoil.
Of note are the weapon’s abilities to fire normal shot shells and slugs, and additionally Frag-12 high explosive ammunition.
The Frag-12 shotgun round is a series of special purpose shotgun grenades, including high explosive blast, fragmentation, and HEAT grenades intended to be fired from any 12-ga shotgun.
