UB3R Project

Devised by the NSA, funded by the Defense Center and carried out by Dr. Viper, Project UB3R was an attempt to develop a super soldier serum with practical military applications. As even the simplest aspects of the project broke international law, it was carried out in secret.

Test subjects were females between the ages of 20 and 30. They were kidnapped and involuntarily experimented upon. Special plantimals developed by Dr. Viper sought out potential test subjects and infected them with the serum. This targeted them for later capture by the NSA who would deliver them to a secret laboratory in Megakat Swamp.

The serum’s effects, when successful, would increase the subject’s durability, endurance and strength exponentially. Only two successful test subjects are known of: MBI Agent Tashyra Forge and Puma-Dyne researcher Jenna Clawson. Both these subjects conditions were later reversed.

The MBI investigation into these mysterious kidnappings and plantimal attacks resulted in the exposure of the project. Defense Center activity was halted and still remains under legal processing. Dr. Viper escaped and remains at large. The NSA was never officially connected with the incident.
