Anti-Cyberdemon Munitions
In Technology
Developed by the NSA’s R&D department, they are projectiles which are placed into a state of dimensional flux which allow them to come into contact with Cyberbeings when they are in an achoherent state. The most common application has been in small arms, chambered for .45 ACP with the bullet using standard brass casing with cordite propellant. The only visual difference is the bullet projectile itself appears to glow slightly and fluctuate in various states of transparency.
The munitions have proven effective in field testing and were going to be made widely available to NSA Agents, but distrubition was halted due to the NSA’s decommissioning. The munitions had achieved a 99% success rate, with the only known survivor being the Cyberkat Cyrillic who was shot with an early prototype chambered for .50 caliber. The side effects of the ammunition on those who survive is not known.
