Mind Control Device

Funded by the Research and Development arm of EVAL Corp., this technology was developed by Dr. Susan Valentine for the purpose of making advertisements more effective in influencing consumers.

The technology exceeded its official goals and could actually act as a medium-to-strong level of mind control, influencing victims to the point of near-total subservience.

The project to develop this technology was officially labled as a failure, and its full potential never revealed. Wtinesses to its development, including Dr. Valentine, were silenced in one way or another, as the company used the technology in its advertisements.

The technology worked by emiting a special type of radiation that when observed by the eyes would surpress the target’s inhibitions and make them prone to suggestion. This made the mind control device perfect for use in television commercials.

Products advertised on TV with the mind control technology in use experienced a 500% increase in purchases. Essentially anything advertised with the mind control technology was bought out almost instantly.

The technology was used for far more nefarious purposes, however, as Dr. Valentine used the technology to enslave a large portion of the populace to get revenge against EVAL Corp. for trying to kill her. Tens of thousands of viewers were under her command for a brief time during an assualt on MBC studios, where she attempted to gain control over the entire country but was ultimately stopped by the MBI.

The technology was also used by Dark Kat in his latest bid to overtake Megakat City and make the populous his slaves. This incident resulted in the destruction of a large portion of MBC studios and the apparent death of Dark Kat by NSA forces.

EVAL Corp.’s assets have been frozen and the company itself is undergoing investigation as criminal proceedings are pending. Charges related to violations of international law regarding mind control technology are expected to be filed.
