Joe explains to Tansy and Tran that putting alcohol in the drinks or using it at all at the MBI is not good. He then tries to explain the rules to various games but Tansy and Tran have their own way of playing so Joe gives up and lets them alone.

<Joseph_Forge> Because, its not safe for us to do so. Alcohol does….odd things to kats. Its against the rules to have them drunk at work, and very dangerous. Please don’t make smoothies with that anymore. I don’t even know where you got it from in here to be honest.

<Joseph_Forge> No. Tansy…Tran…Kats up here don’t need to drink it at ALL. In nothing, not by itself..not at all. Period. No more to discuss. Its against our rules. It makes kats not think like themselves and not mentally able to handle things like normal. We have to stay sharp, not be drunk.
<Tansy> But it makes mortal kats happy and giggly. Sometimes you all are too serious.

<Joseph_Forge> Er..its another game where someone draws numbers and the players have a card with different numbrs on it. If your number is called you get to cover the number with a piece. If you get all the pieces in a line covered then you get to yell bingo.

<Tansy> No pieces to move around and jump things?
<Joseph_Forge> yeah but its fun when you’re waiting on someone to call the number because the winner is who gets the row of numbers first. so you’re waiting on someone to call your number
