The parade starts at the beginning of Main Street, and ends at City Hall where Manx and Briggs will be at. streets are lined up, and DK is off in a building nearby grinning as his evil plan is ready to begin::

<Ninjakat> ::enters the room. in quiet ninjavoice XD:: Everything is ready.
<DarkKat>::grins:: Excellent. Go and keep the explosive sky floats in line. I don’t want any failures in my plans, but one should always be prepared.
