Summary
Lieutenant Commander Steele is second in command of the Enforcers under Commander Feral. He was depicted as a somewhat sycophantic and ambitious character, while at the same time demonstrating a lack of competence, ineffectively leading the Enforcers during times of crisis or failing to recognize prominent city officials such as Deputy Mayor Briggs. Steele puts on a display of authority, but when called to act he will cave as evident by his inability to support Feral as a weapons officer when he “got sick” in combat.
Steele was voiced in both of his appearances by Hal Rayle.
