Summary
Prison guard at Megakat Maximum Security Prison who, along with fellow guard Lem, kept an eye on convict Rex Shard as he tested the experimental mining device the Gemkat 6000. During a complicated series of events Lem and Talon were both turned to crystal by a transformed Rex Shard. After the aforementioned convict was defeated by the SWAT Kats all were returned to normal, including Talon and Lem.
