Squadron, engage! - Commander Ulysses Feral
When choppers aren’t enough, the Enforcer jet is called in. Small, single-engine aircraft, these jets seat two and their armament consists of laser guns and air-to-air and air-to-surface missiles.
They are rarely used by the Enforcers for unspecified reasons. Likely, it is because the chopper is easier to maneuver among the colossal skyscrapers of Megakat City. Another probable issue is expense reasons.
In any event, the Enforcer jet has been used only five known times: against Dark Kat during his attempt to destroy Enforcer Headquarters, and later when he robbed the Megakat Nuclear Plant, as well as against Hard Drive (alongside Enforcer choppers) when he stole the Behemoth, and, finally, during the alien overlord Mutilor’s attempt to steal the world’s water, wherein Commander Feral and Lieutenant Feral led a squadron of jets against the Marauders flown by Mutilor’s henchmen.
Also, Chance Furlong flew one as pilot, with Jake Clawson as his gunner/navigator, prior to being kicked off the force. The Enforcers of an alternate dimension also make frequent use of these aircraft.
The stranger started laughing dismissively. With fear in his eyes, Matthew slowly came out from under his desk.
“Who... who are you? What do you want?” Matthew asked very frightened.
“So, you don't even remember me. Just as I thought. No matter. It might be even funnier that way. Does the name Hard Drive mean anything to you?”
Matthew gulped. “You mean... that you are...?”
“Yes,” Hard Drive answered proudly. “I am Hard Drive and for your information: I've just stole Sally from you and swiped your servers clean. Now it's all in here.” He pointed with his finger at his coat. “And there is nothing you can do about it.”
“B.. b.. but why? This is code for a... for a game. How could this be of any interest to someone like you?”
“It has, no doubt. You see, this game code of yours is capable of much more than you can obviously imagine. But you will see soon enough. You know I could have stolen the code from outside, but I wanted you to see how it gets stolen and by whom. So now it's time to say 'Goodbye' to Sally."

In 1993, Hanna-Barbera released SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, an animated action show taking place in the world of Megakat City. It was based on characters created by Christian and Yvon Tremblay. Despite early cancellation in its second season, the series remains popular with an active fanbase. In the United States it can occasionally be found in syndication on the Boomerang Cable Network.
