Summary
Burke is one of the two kats who collect and bring in scrap to the Megakat Metal Salvage Yard. He and his brother Murray are always hassling Jake and Chance, reminding them of their discharge from the Enforcers and even challenging them to fight, telling Chance he’ll put them back in the air.
