Convict Leader

The leader of the escaped convicts. He led his fellow cons into Megakat Swamp despite their unease, and upon stumbling across Dr. Viper’s lair, he and his companions encountered the surviving Dr. Harley Street. The leader was one of the first to be bitten. Converted into a Ci-Kat-A, he mindlessly followed Street’s orders and helped him break into Megakat Biochemical Labs to steal Super-Katalyst 566, during which time he and his fellow converted cons fought against Felina Feral and Gray Taylor of the Enforcers, as well as the SWAT Kats.

Despite successfully obtaining the katalyst, the convict leader and Street and their fellow Ci-Kat-A – including a converted Taylor – were betrayed by Viper, who gassed and mutated the six of them. While Street became a giant scarab, the convicts, their leader and Taylor all became giant crub worms. In his mutated form, the convict leader attacked the Megakat Thermonuclear Plant and was killed in battle against the SWAT Kats.
