MoreSmitty is an Enforcer Sergeant who works in the Evidence Locker at Enforcer Headquarters cataloging crime scene evidence. He listen to the radio while on the job, which may have unintentionally helped conceal the noise made by Creeplings who broke into the locker and stole the remains of the Metallikats.

MoreThis airship was the size of an aircraft carrier and was used by Turmoil to take control of Megakat City’s skies. Equipped with the most high tech weaponry, advanced jets and quarters for Turmoil and her all female crew. What kept it out of reach of the Enforcers was Turmoil’s Vertigo Beam and her Omega Squadron fighters.

MoreA variety of animals and plants mutated by Dr. Viper when he flooded Megakat City with a mutagenic ooze tainted with Katalyst X-63. They were all returned to normal when Razor flooded the city with anti-mutagens obtained from Megakat Biochemical Labs.

MoreMayor Manx’s Limo is a white luxury stretched sedan used by Manx as his primary mode of transportation. It is driven by a beady-eyed chauffeur. On at least one occasion, the limo was eaten by Dr. Viper’s bacteria monsters. Manx got a new, identical limo later on however.

MoreDebuting in season 2, Lt. Felina Feral is Commander Feral’s niece. She is easily the most capable of the Enforcers, and one of the few who seems able to keep pace with the SWAT Kats. Unlike her uncle, she often fearlessly employs tactics that he views as reckless. Lt. MoreTar pit located alongside the Megakat City Museum. The nearly perfectly preserved corpse of a sabertoothed tiger was found in it and put on display in the museum. The Megasaurus Rex later stumbled into it and sank in up to its neck after being disoriented by the Enforcers’ gas grenades.
