MoreMurray is the brother of Burke. Their job is to deliver scrap to the Megakat City salvage yard. Being a bully, Murray takes very available opportunity to taunt Chance Furlong and Jake Clawson, whom he and Burke were assigned to watch by Commander Feral. A kat of small stature, Murray’s left eye is larger than his right one for some reason.

MoreBurke is one of the two kats who collect and bring in scrap to the Megakat Metal Salvage Yard. He and his brother Murray are always hassling Jake and Chance, reminding them of their discharge from the Enforcers and even challenging them to fight, telling Chance he’ll put them back in the air.

MoreAn employee of Puma-Dyne who along with two technicians examined the crashed Metallikat Express over by the hangar where the Macrobots were store. He told Commander Feral when questioned that the vehicle had been empty when they found it, and then joined him, Professor Hackle and the techncians in running away from the falling hangar wall as the Metallikats burst through it in the Macrobots.

MoreCity Hall of Megakat City is a multi-storied building with a large functioning clock at the top of it. It towers above most other buildings around it and is located in the heart of the city. Mayor Manx and Deputy Mayor Briggs have their offices there of course, which makes it the target of various villains wanting to take over the city by either kidnapping or destroying the elected officials.

Along with Talon, he was tasked with watching Rex Shard while the convict tested the Gemkat 6000. Lem was the first victim of Shard’s deadly crystal touch. Fortunately, he was returned to normal following Shard’s defeat by the SWAT Kats.

MoreTalon was the heavyset, short-tempered guard at Megakat Maximum Security Prison who was charged with looking after Rex Shard while he tested the Gemkat 6000. When Shard gained the ability to turn whatever he touched to crystal, Talon was his second victim (Talon’s partner Lem being the first).
