MoreCity Hall of Megakat City is a multi-storied building with a large functioning clock at the top of it. It towers above most other buildings around it and is located in the heart of the city. Mayor Manx and Deputy Mayor Briggs have their offices there of course, which makes it the target of various villains wanting to take over the city by either kidnapping or destroying the elected officials.

Along with Talon, he was tasked with watching Rex Shard while the convict tested the Gemkat 6000. Lem was the first victim of Shard’s deadly crystal touch. MoreTalon was the heavyset, short-tempered guard at Megakat Maximum Security Prison who was charged with looking after Rex Shard while he tested the Gemkat 6000. When Shard gained the ability to turn whatever he touched to crystal, Talon was his second victim (Talon’s partner Lem being the first). MoreLarge alien brutes who followed the space pirate Mutilor’s orders. Commanded by a captain, they served as guards aboard the stolen Aqueon water freighter. When T-Bone and Razor boarded the ship, they had to contend with dozens of these henchmen, but they ultimately defeated them all. Along with Traag the surviving henchmen were taken into custody by the Aqueons.

As the creature advanced on him, he raised his pitchfork to defend himself, only to be seized by Dr. Viper’s tail and fed alive to the monster.
