Dr. Ohm

Dr. Ohm is a scientist who worked at Puma-Dyne. Ohm’s branch of research involved the neutralization of weaponry, and he created the Anti-Weapon Scrambler, which was stolen by Hard Drive even as Ohm was about to phone his superior, Dr. Cougar, to inform him or her that the prototype was ready. Ohm later attempted to create a second device at the behest of Commander Feral, which would reverse the effects of the Anti-Weapon Scrambler, but this was not needed as the SWAT Kats stopped Hard Drive and recovered the original device. Dr. Ohm was voiced by Andre F. Stojka.

Dr. Ohm is named for the ohm (symbol: Ω), which is is the SI derived unit of electrical resistance, itself named after physicist Dr. Georg Simon Ohm.
