Summary
Stolen by Dr. Viper, this chemical had both mutational and growth enhancing abilities, mutating whatever biological entity it came in contact with, transforming them into deranged and larger versions of themselves. Dr. Viper applied this katalyst to himself to transform himself into a multi-story sized monster to attack Enforcer Headquarters.
