Summary
A technician employed at MASA who was in charge of launching and controlling the Mega-Beam for Puma-Dyne. He gave the countdown. When the satellite finally reached space, he and the supervising scientist from Puma-Dyne were shocked to discover they could not control it from the space center, and that the escaped villainess Turmoil had in fact gained control of the satellite intending to turn it into a weapon.
