Summary
Mansion where Mayor Manx lived. It featured a luxury bathroom with a telephone and a bust for his toupee. When Manx was going to take a shower, nothing but sludge tainted with Katalyst X-63 came pouring from the showerhead, followed by grasping, slimy tentacles. Grabbing his toupee, the Mayor used the phone in the bathroom to call for help.
