Mega-Manacles

Flush to the fuselage when not in use, these claw-like appendages drop down from the Turbokat and are able to latch onto objects and carry them away. Used to extract a Giant Mummy from City Hall which in turn tore the manacles out from the jet, causing an abrupt emergency landing.

In the unfinished episode Turmoil 2: The Revenge, the Mega-Manacles are used by the SWAT Kats to save a school bus which drives off of Old Megakat Bridge during Turmoil’s attack against the city with the Mega-Beam.
