Megakat Biochemical Labs

Megakat’s biochemical laboratories where many katalysts, mutagens, etc. are developed and some sought out by various villains for evil and destructive purposes. It is the former employer of Dr. Viper, back when he was still Elrod Purvis. A heavily-fortified facility, it is defended by a perimeter of artillery cannons and a barbed wire fencing and used to be considered extremely difficult to break into, but nevertheless villains frequently find their way inside through a variety of nefarious means.
