Summary
Water dependant aliens of whom Mutilor agreed to sell the pirated water from the SWAT Kats’ planet to. According to Mutilor’s subordinate Traag, their home world was a desert planet, and the Sahavi would pay handsomely for water, regardless of how it was obtained.
