MASA Flight Controller

A MASA employee who directed air traffic at the Space Center from a central control tower, known as “the front office” by the technicians working there. T-Bone persuaded him to give him a tank full of super rocket coolant with which to freeze the Megakat Tower – and Dr. Viper’s Plantimals with it. How is a mystery.

The flight controller is never actually seen except as one of several silhouettes visible through the control tower windows. We only hear his voice over the Turbokat’s radio.
