Summary
A variety of animals and plants mutated by Dr. Viper when he flooded Megakat City with a mutagenic ooze tainted with Katalyst X-63. They were all returned to normal when Razor flooded the city with anti-mutagens obtained from Megakat Biochemical Labs.
